Your organization manages its campaign and supporter payments. OOCC provides the selling materials, confirms the combined order, and handles group fulfillment.

    Apply and get approved

    Submit the fundraising application with your organization and campaign information. OOCC reviews the application and sends approved organizations their campaign materials.

  2. 02 During your campaign

    Share and collect orders

    Distribute the brochure and order forms to your sellers. Your organization collects supporter orders and payments using cash or the digital payment methods it chooses.

  3. 03 When selling closes

    Submit one combined order

    Combine all seller orders in the provided workbook and submit one final organization order by the campaign deadline.

  4. 04 Before fulfillment

    Pay the invoice and receive your order

    OOCC confirms the order and emails one finalized invoice to the campaign contact. Payment is required before the order ships or is released for pickup.

Supporters place orders through your organization. OOCC receives one completed group order and sends one finalized invoice.

01 How does the fundraising program work?

Your organization applies, receives approved campaign materials, collects supporter orders and payments, and submits one consolidated organization order. OOCC reviews the order and sends one finalized invoice before fulfillment.

02 How much does our organization earn?

At the suggested fundraising price, your organization earns $7 on each 13 oz Mason Jar Candle, $6 on each 7 oz Gold Candle, and $7 on each Melt’em 4-Pack. Qualifying orders also earn a $100 order credit for every 250 items ordered.

03 Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Each completed organization order must contain at least 90 qualifying fundraising items. Product types may be combined to reach the minimum.

04 How do supporters place orders and make payments?

Supporters place their orders directly through your fundraising organization. Your organization collects all supporter payments using cash or the digital payment methods it chooses. OOCC does not process individual supporter transactions.

05 How do we submit the completed order?

Combine all seller orders in the provided order workbook and submit one final organization order by the published deadline. OOCC will review the submission before preparing the finalized invoice.

06 How do the $100 volume credits work?

Your organization earns a $100 order credit for every 250 qualifying items in the completed order. Credits are cumulative: 250 items earns $100, 500 earns $200, 750 earns $300, and so on.

07 Is shipping included?

Yes. Completed fundraising orders ship free to one designated organization location. Your organization is responsible for distributing the individual supporter orders after delivery.

08 Can we pick up our order instead?

Yes. Organizations may pick up their completed order at our Findley Lake, New York location and save $1 for every item ordered. Pickup timing is confirmed after the order and payment are finalized.

09 When is payment due to OOCC?

After reviewing the submitted order, OOCC emails one finalized invoice to the campaign contact. Full payment is required before the order ships or is released for pickup.
