When will my order be processed?
We understand you want your fragrance quickly. Our team works efficiently to ensure almost all orders are **shipped within one business day**. Any orders placed over the weekend are carefully packed and dispatched first thing on Monday morning.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Because we maintain complete control over our production line, running out of stock is **extremely rare**. However, if it does occur, we will contact you directly before moving forward. We'll give you the choice to wait for a fresh pour or swap it out for an alternate favorite so your order isn't unnecessarily delayed.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
How much does shipping cost?
We keep our transit rates simple, predictable, and fair. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $60. For orders totaling $60 or less, we charge a straightforward, flat rate of just $8. We maintain a strict policy to never profit from shipping, routinely absorbing carrier surcharges behind the scenes to keep your costs low.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with UPS and USPS to handle deliveries. We dynamically evaluate order size, package weight, and your precise delivery destination to select the carrier that will get your candles to your door in the safest and fastest possible timeframe.
How long does delivery take?
We make every effort to get your package moving instantly. Depending on your proximity to our facility, next-day arrival is possible. Even if you are located completely across the country, transit times are fast, and orders typically land on your doorstep within just a few days.
Returns, Damaged Goods & Scent Exchanges
What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
We stand completely behind every single jar we pour. If a candle arrives defective or suffers damage during transit, we will replace it 100% free of charge. We simply ask that you keep the broken candle safe inside its original shipping box. We will issue an official call tag to retrieve the package for our quality team and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement item to you.
Can I exchange a candle if I do not like the scent?
Yes. If your candle is physically flawless but the fragrance isn't quite what you expected, we want to help you find one you love. We will happily issue an exchange; you will just be responsible for safely shipping the unused, unlit portion of the candle back to our facility. Once we receive it, we will issue your replacement scent and fully pay the shipping costs to deliver it back to your home.
