Please review the updated guidelines for this year's festival. Download and mail your completed application below.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing will be $125.00 per 10x10 spot, and $200 for food vendors.
- Mail the application to Findley Lake Forward, P.O. Box 82, Findley Lake NY.
- Checks made payable to Findley Lake Forward.
- Cancellation will result in loss of payment.
Hours & Setup
- No early teardowns, and booths must be manned during the hours of the event.
- Friday hours: Setup begins at 1:00 PM for event opening from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Check in with Randy (814) 431-3424 for set up.
Rules & Logistics
- Harvest Fest is an outside event, and as such, the vendor must provide their own tent, table and chairs.
- Vendors are responsible for their own trash removal.
- Electricity will not be guaranteed for any spot.
- We will be running a shuttle service from various parking areas throughout town.
Compliance
- NYS sales tax certificate required.
- NYS health department regulations and licensing for food vendors must be adhered to.
- Management is not responsible for injury or loss, and any insurance is the responsibility of the vendor.
- Exhibitors must agree to display only those items listed on the application.
