Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind every candle we pour. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Damaged, Broken, or Defective Items
If your candle arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item 100% free of charge.
Please keep the damaged candle and original shipping box until we confirm the next steps. In some cases, we may issue a carrier call tag or request photos so our team can review the damage and improve future shipments.
There are no return shipping charges, replacement shipping charges, restocking fees, or handling fees for damaged, broken, or defective items.
Scent Exchanges
If your candle arrives in good condition but the fragrance is not quite what you expected, we are happy to help you find a scent you love.
Unused and unlit candles may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a scent exchange, the candle must be unused, unlit, in its original jar, and safely packed for return shipment.
For scent exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the unused candle back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned candle, we will send your replacement scent and pay the shipping cost to deliver the replacement candle back to you.
There is no restocking fee for scent exchanges.
Returns for Refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage during transit.
There are no restocking fees.
Incorrect Items
If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will correct the order at no cost to you. There are no return shipping charges, replacement shipping charges, or restocking fees for incorrect items.

Please include your order number, the name used on the order, a short description of the issue, and photos of any damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect item.
We will reply with return instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been used, lit, burned, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
